The automatic starting device is used on the carburetor of the motorcycle. The main function is to control the opening of the accelerator of the carburetor through the auotmatic starting device when the motorcycle starts, so as to control the injection of fuel, ensure the smooth start-up and operation of the motorcycle, and attain purpose to save oil.

Automatic starting device principle:

When engine starting, the enrichment channel opens, and after mixed the mixture of enrichment channel and carburetor main channel, it is sucked into the engine cylinder, thereby enrich the mixture to the required air-fuel ratio for starting. After engine started, AC voltage from the magneto is added to PTC, PTC is heated, and the temperature rises until it reaches Curie point. PTC keeps the temperature unchanged. The heat is transferred from PTC to the paraffin thermos sensor. The paraffin wax begins to expand. Through the diaphragm, liquid, piston and push rod, the plug and oil needle are pushed down gradually, and the amount of enriching oil is reduced gradually. Until the plug is closed, stop enriching.
