On July 1, 2023, the second phase of the Electroacoustic Business Department project at Qufu Tianbo Automobile Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. was completed and officially put into use. The project mainly involved expanding the capacity of the loudspeaker workshop, upgrading the surface mount technology (SMT) workshop, and increasing the production capacity of the pedestrian low-speed warning sound system for new energy vehicles.

The renovation and upgrading of the second phase of the project places great emphasis on enhancing the on-site environment. The workshop walls are constructed with purification boards, while the floor is covered with anti-static epoxy flooring materials. The central air conditioning system, purification system, fresh air system, humidification system, anti-static system, lighting system, etc., in the workshop are all designed and constructed in accordance with the standards required for the production of automotive electronic products.

The facilities and supporting equipment in the new workshop have also been upgraded. In terms of the finished product warehouse, the original warehouse has been upgraded and reconstructed, and an electronic intelligent shelf warehouse has been added to facilitate the quick transfer of finished products and improve storage efficiency.
In addition, the new workshop is equipped with intelligent equipment, enabling precise control and accurate production regulation, thereby enhancing production efficiency and product quality. By utilizing advanced machinery and technology, the enterprise has not only boosted production efficiency but also reduced labor costs, achieving the goal of high output at low cost.
