1、 Method for testing clutch spring pressure:
Method 1: Before stopping the formal inspection of the clutch spring, tighten the spring once to the experimental load. When the experimental load is more severe than the combined load, the combined load can be stopped as the experimental load, but the maximum combined load cannot exceed 1.5 times the predetermined combined load.
Method 2: Preparation before load testing: Use a third class standard load cell or a weight with a uniform or higher accuracy corresponding to the measuring range to stop calibrating the load testing machine, ensuring that the precision of the testing machine is not less than 1%; At the same time, the length reading error of the load testing machine is corrected using measuring blocks.
Method 3: Detection of load when the clutch spring is pressed to the specified height: Place a measuring block with the same height as the specified height in the center of the pressure plate of the load testing machine, load a load similar to the nominal value in the drawing on the measuring block, then lock the positioning screw or positioning point, place the measuring block into the tested spring, adjust the zero position, remove the self weight of the spring, press the spring to the specified height, and read the corresponding load. Finally, based on the calibrated error of the load testing machine, stop the corresponding correction of the degree.
2、 Why does the fishbed clutch spring exhibit "insufficient elasticity" during use?
1. The design and production parameters of non-standard springs are unreasonable: only focusing on parameters such as outer diameter, inner diameter, and length, often neglecting the cross-sectional area and pitch of the wire, resulting in insufficient elasticity.
2. Unreasonable selection of standard springs: Due to the cheap price in the picture, a lighter load type was chosen, which cannot withstand heavier loads, resulting in a feeling of insufficient elasticity.
3. Mistaken in spring quality grade: Unintentionally or intentionally using ordinary springs as high-quality or imported springs, resulting in a feeling of insufficient elasticity.
