Snail Speaker - Malfunctions and Solutions:
(1) The main reasons for the lack of sound or hoarseness of the horn are insufficient battery power supply, damage to the horn relay and button, and burning of the horn.
(2) Repeatedly pressing the horn switch, if the horn sometimes sounds and sometimes does not, it is mostly due to poor contact of the internal contacts of the switch. Usually, only the horn button switch needs to be replaced.
If the horn does not sound directly, it is necessary to remove the horn, connect two wires to the horn column base, and test whether the horn sounds with the positive and negative poles of the battery. If it does not sound, it proves that the horn is broken and can be replaced directly. If it rings, it is necessary to check whether there are any problems with the horn relay, horn fuse, horn switch, and horn wire. If there are problems, replace the corresponding accessories.
(3) Check the sound of the snail horn on the fishing platform. If you feel that the sound is not clear, dull or hoarse, low and weak, it is mostly due to poor contact between the contacts. By adjusting the contact pressure, it can be appropriately changed. In other words, tighten the screws behind the horn.
