How does the horn work

The horn is composed of a core, a magnetic coil, a contact, an armature, a diaphragm, and the like. When the driver presses the button, the current passes through the contact through the coil, and the coil generates a magnetic force to suck the armature to force the diaphragm to move. The armature moves to make the contact open, the current interrupts the magnetic force to disappear, and the diaphragm is under the action of its own elasticity and the spring piece. With the armature returning to the original position, the contact closure circuit is turned on, and the current flows through the coil through the contact to generate a magnetic force, repeating the above action. In this way, the diaphragm is continuously vibrated, and the sound is emitted. The soundboard is rigidly coupled to the diaphragm to make the vibration smoother and more pleasant.
